Download delivery
|
There is no shipping charge on download orders. We work hard to provide fast service but delivery time does vary according to the time of day, payment method and publisher.
To keep delays to a minimum we do our best to provide a quick service but orders placed out of business hours may not be seen until the next working day.
As soon as your order has been checked it goes to the publisher for fulfillment. Usually this is an immediate process but might take up to 24 hours depending on the location of the publisher. But you can be sure of one thing that we have the quickest turn around time compared to any other reseller in the market…thanks to our close relationship with most of the publishers.

Boxed delivery
|
All orders placed until 1600 hrs (GMT) will be shipped out the same day. The delivery method and timing depends on the option you select while placing the order. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
With both the download delivery and physical shipments of boxed products, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we are not sure that we can reliably deliver to the cardholder.
